Very good carrier adjustments - but given its limited size (not much more than a day pack really) I would recommend it to car based gear heads or those who travel with nothing else - like ultra light multiple day hikers. Not to someone who looks for flexibility. To me a day pack needs to either be collapsible enough to bring along with my larger luggage while traveling and/or expandable/accessible enough to overload it hard on occasion.
