Very solid bag. For older kids this would be great. Younger kids definitely need the roller bag.My grandson plays baseball and is a catcher for his team. He has his own catcher gear and needed a way to pack all his supplies (gear, gloves, bats, etc) in one easy to carry bag. This is it! It took only two tries to come up with the exact way to pack and found that he still had room inside for a jacket. It was a great purchase!!!Got this bag for my 7 and 9 year olds for Little League because I was sick of youth bags that couldn’t fit all of their gear and were made so cheaply. These bags are high quality and gigantic. I included a picture for scale? The only downside is it would be nice to have wheels to pull it. But I’m not lowering my review because I knew that it didn’t have wheels when purchasing. Highly recommend. It will last a long time and they can grow into their bags.My son is thrilled with this bag. Lots of room for all his equipment. Very sturdy even with all the added weight of his equipment. Worth the price.Bought this for my 13 year old who is very big into baseball and plays 7-8 nights/days straight. It has help up well. He is a taller 13 year old so the large bag is no problem for him to carry and even myself who is 5' 4" does okay carrying it for him. Room for up to 4 bats, 3 zippered pockets, lots of room inside for helmet, multiple gloves, balls, practice items, etc. Shelf to keep shoes separate-which can be put in the bottom mesh area to vent. It fits his Mens size 13 cleats great and size 14 tennis shoes just fine-he even has room for tennis and sandals or cleats and sandals in there. Very sturdy, worth the buy if an avid player with a lot of equipmentI get many compliments on this bag! Its durable and has just the right amount of storage!
