I tried to contact blue kiwi customer service for two months now every week and have continued receiving an error message so this is why I am writing this review on Amazon. 5 months ago I purchased this diaper bag and have enjoyed how functional and stylish it is. Unfortunately it began to break down after 3 months and now 5months later it has continued to deteriorate. I thought it would last longer than that. I would like to use blue kiwi products in the future but am unsure if I will.Made out of cheap materials, zipper broke. Made out of combustable matirials. Does have alot of compartments, and changing mat. Insulated bottle pocket, and small pouch. But seriously couldn't be made cheaper if it was made out of plastic bags.
